Certification ISO 37001 – Anti-bribery

Preventing, detecting and addressing bribery.

What the standard is

ISO 37001:2025 — Anti-bribery management systems – Requirements with guidance for use

ISO 37001 is the international standard that helps organisations adopt a management system to prevent, detect and address bribery, promoting a culture of integrity, transparency and compliance with applicable law. The current edition is ISO 37001:2025, which replaced the 2016 edition.

The standard provides a programme of measures and controls representing good anti-bribery practice. Within the management system, bribery can be understood more broadly than the criminal offence, so the scope may include other improper conduct.

It follows the common structure of ISO management system standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. It can therefore be applied on its own or integrated with existing systems, for example with an organisational model under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Availability and accredited scope for each standard and sector are confirmed in the offer.
