Data processed

Data entered in the quote, contact and application forms: company name, full name, email, phone, city, standards of interest, company size and sector, message. We also record the submitting page and browser type (user agent) for security and spam prevention.

Purposes

• Replying to quote, information and contact requests.
• Assessing applications from auditors and audit companies.

Legal basis

Pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and consent given via the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which may be withdrawn at any time.

Retention

Data are kept as long as needed to handle the request and, without a contract, no longer than 24 months from the last contact. Where a contract exists, statutory periods apply.

Recipients and hosting

Data are processed by authorised staff and, where needed for the request, by the INTERCERT certification body. The website and database are hosted by the hosting provider Lovable, acting as processor. Data are not disclosed publicly.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights under Arts. 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by writing to info@intercertitalia.it.

Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
